Making: First, you must cut three pieces of polka-dot ribbon from a roll. To do this, unroll the ribbon, then open it so it lays flat on a flat surface. Start with a 3-inch wide polka dot ribbon. Cut it 7 ½ inches long, then cut the red ¾ inch ribbon 4 inches long. With the wrong sides together, overlap the two ends of the polka-dot ribbon and glue it down. Fold the ribbon ½ inch towards the back where the seam is. Hand press and flip the ribbon several times to stretch it out evenly.
